If you was going to book a hotel in a location you have never been to, and it was down to 2 hotels. One hotel you could walk in and have a look around, and know exactly what you where getting, and the other just had photos. Which one would you book? Not only when the customer arrives will they already feel more at ease and relaxed, but they know exactly where to go and what to do. Maybe where to wait, when to put on a mask etc.

On top of this we can add call to action buttons anywhere on the tour. So If it was a hotel room, we can add a ”book this room” hot spot. This is a button that when pressed would open your booking page. Or in a restaurant you could click on a menu and again it will open up the menu, or the reserve a table page.
